Domino VGS 700 (DV-0700) – Separator Only

The Domino VGS 700 is a Maximum 700L per/hr, oil/water separator developed to effectively remove free oil, grease and suspended solids. The Domino VGS operates by ingenious control of both fluid velocity and pressure. These forces gently coax non-emulsified impurities from water by allowing high-density contaminants to fall into a sludge retaining area at the bottom of the vessel and oil droplets and low density suspended solids to rise to the top of the vessel. The oil and suspended solids then drain into a waste tank.

The Domino VGS 700S is a complete Skid mounted, plug and play, 700L per/hr, oil/water separator developed to effectively remove free oil, grease and suspended solids. Domino VGS 1500S (DV-1500S) – Skid System

The Domino VGS-NG 1500S is a complete Skid mounted, plug and play, 1500L per/hr system designed to provide on-site pre-treatment of hydrocarbon wastewater and has been further developed to remove hydrocarbons continuously and effectively from wastewater. Features include ease of maintenance, increased performance by increasing the Cone Plate Surface Area by an additional 70%, able to process high concentrations of oil, efficient removal of suspended solids and low flammability due to vapour content continually being reduced to the required level.

The Domino VGS-NG 3000 is a 3000L per/hr system designed to provide on-site pre-treatment of hydrocarbon wastewater and has been further developed to remove hydrocarbons continuously and effectively from wastewater. Key features of this system include, Automated SPAK cleaning, Automated Sludge Removal and Clean Water Flushing.

Domino VGS-M (DV-3000-M) – Separator Only

The Domino VGS-M uses both a Vertical Gravity Separator and a high performance Oil Removal Cartridge. The VGS controls  both fluid velocity and pressure removing non-emulsified impurities from the water by allowing high density contaminants to fall into a sludge tray. The Oil Removal Cartridge is designed to further remove the full range of persistent organic hydrocarbon compounds refined from crude oil including highly toxic BTEX chemicals, suspected carcinogens, PCBs, chlorinated solvents and  organically bound metals etc.

Industrial OAC Plus Oil Removal Cartridges
